Narcosis Colosseum dive site is located in the Gulf of Thailand, Samaesan, in Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. It is one of the two holes that lies directly to the south of Koh Chuang that is seperated by a ridge at 40m. Out of the two it is the smaller, shallower northern site. It is surrounded on all sites by relatively steep slopes hence the name, colosseum. This site has a lot more coral than other tec sites in the area making it a bit more interesting for fun dives. It is strongly recommended to bring a torch (poor visibility and darkness) and a large DSMB for signalling purposes. Currents can be very strong in this area so it is best to dive at slack tide. Additionally, best to avoid this site when there are high winds coming from the south.
