Diving at Menjangan has the highest DCS rate of any dive site in Bali - be a SAFE diver (ascend slowly from each dive) and make your safety stops
The most popular dive sites in Menjangan are: The Eel Garden, Pos II, Coral Garden and Bat Cave and, for the more experienced, a deep dive (40m) at the Anker Wreck, a 150 year old wooden boat year.

Although the best diving in Menjangan is from April to November (during the southeast monsoon), the island can be dived all year round as it offers some of the most protected diving in Bali. The water clarity can sometimes be amazing, and the best in Bali; October to November often has horizontal visibility of 50m+. A current of more than one knot is unusual.
You board a speedboat from Pemuteran, a 3 hour drive from Denpasar International Airport and are at the Menjangan dive sites in about 30 minutes.
