Diving in the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve takes place among dramatic rock formations interspersed with sandy channels, deep grooves, and natural cavities where abundant Mediterranean marine life finds shelter. With more than six established dive sites ranging from 7 to 20 metres in depth, the reserve offers ideal conditions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced scuba divers.
Nearby in Jávea, divers can explore an additional variety of dive sites suited to all experience levels, featuring vibrant reefs, underwater cliffs, and diverse coastal ecosystems along Spain’s Costa Blanca.
The peak diving season falls in July and August, when conditions are warm and popular with visitors. However, the best time for scuba diving is often April, May, and June, when marine life is more active and boat traffic is lower, creating calmer underwater conditions.
During spring and early summer, divers may spot dolphins and migrating whales passing along the coast on their journey toward the Strait. One of the most spectacular encounters is the ocean sunfish (Mola mola), which rises from the depths to be cleaned by seabirds and can often be seen basking at the surface.
September through November also offers excellent diving, with warm water temperatures and fewer crowds, making autumn another prime season for unforgettable Mediterranean dive experiences.
Access coming from the Mediterranean motorway is very easy, we have a direct detour that marks Denia and once entering the city we just have to follow the signs for the port and ferry departure once in the port area we find several paid parking to be able to park and we ran into the first construction of premises where you can find our facilities at No. 4
