By Car
The easiest way to reach the main diving area near Dammam, Half Moon Bay, is by car.
The distance from central Dammam to Half Moon Bay is about 39 km, taking roughly 30 minutes.
The route follows the coastal highways heading toward Al-Khobar, then south toward the bay.
If you don’t have a car, the most practical method is a direct taxi or ride-hailing service from Dammam or Khobar.
Public transport is limited, but a combination of bus + taxi is possible.

Driving distance from the airport to Half Moon Bay is around 57 km, about 43 minutes by car.
Without a car, you can take an airport bus to Dammam city, then switch to a taxi toward Half Moon Bay.
