This site can have strong waves reaching great depths, with the full force of the sea hitting the western side of the rock. Currents may change direction and speed at depth. Upon surfacing, it is recommended to use a surface marker buoy to indicate the group’s position. Assessing current conditions is very important for both the dive plan and the boat operator. The possible presence of bull sharks should be taken into account.
