The plaque is bolted to a 300-pound concrete slab and placed on the bottom of Lake Ontario near the wreck.
Artifacts on the site (besides the ship itself) include, the ship’s bell, block & tackle, galley stove, dishes, intact donkey boiler, port-side anchor, centreboard boxes, and much more. Unfortunately since the wreck has been opened to divers at large, many artifacts has been stolen. The depth is 80’, visibility ranges from 10’ – 50’ and the wreck is less than 15 minutes from Port Hope boat launch ramp
