Description

About an hour by speedboat from Khasab Harbour, Abu Rashid Wall is one of Musandam’s most impressive dives. This dramatic vertical wall drops to 45+ meters, offering thrilling deep-water exploration. Currents here can be strong and unpredictable, shifting with tides and conditions, so the site is best suited for advanced divers who enjoy drift diving. The wall is famous for its fields of soft purple corals, unique in the region and flourishing in abundance. These create a breathtaking backdrop for both wide-angle views and macro discoveries. Divers often encounter turtles, stingrays, eagle rays, and large pelagic fish passing by in the blue, while the reef itself hides nudibranchs, shrimp, and other small critters. With its mix of depth, vibrant coral, and diverse marine life, Abu Rashid Wall is a must-dive site that combines challenge, beauty, and adventure in equal measure.
