The wreck of the Windjammer, or the Mairi Bahn, lies in front of the BOPEC premises. Only accessible for technical divers accompanied by certified guides. You have to access through the Bopec gate and they will check your certification and permit.
In 1912 the ship sank and was at that time the fastest ship worldwide. The wreck is semi-intact and is laying on its starboard side. Top of the wreck is around 50 meters depth and the bottom around 60 meters deep.
