Description

Dhigurah Arches is a stunning dive site located near Dhigurah Island in South Ari Atoll, Maldives. This area, part of a long reef, is renowned for its spectacular underwater landscapes and abundant marine life. The site gets its name from the natural coral arches and small swim-throughs formed along the reef slope, making it ideal for divers who enjoy exploring underwater structures. The arches are adorned with colorful soft corals, and the site is home to schooling reef fish such as fusiliers, snappers, and soldierfish, as well as moray eels and turtles. Occasional sightings of reef sharks and rays add to the excitement. Dhigurah Arches is also excellent for macro photography. Currents are generally mild but can vary with the tide, and gentle drifts make for a relaxing and scenic dive.
