Five Rock is a submerged pinnacle (also called thila) known locally as Reethi Thila. It consists of five individual rocks rising from the sea floor. Overtime erosion and underwater currents have split what may have been solid underwater structure into these multiple pinnacles.
The top of the rocks begins at around 12m below the surface, base drops about 28-30m. Multiple pinnacles, overhangs, caverns and sand between the rocks. There are swim-throughs and narrow passages in some parts.

The top of the rocks begins at around 12m below the surface, base drops about 28-30m. Multiple pinnacles, overhangs, caverns and sand between the rocks. There are swim-throughs and narrow passages in some parts.
A rich display: soft corals, fan corals, whip corals, sponges, encrusting algae and anemones. Reef fishes (fusiliers, snappers), oriental sweetlips, red-toothed triggerfish, jacks, macro life (nudibranches, etc..). Sharks like grey reef sharks and white tip sharks are sighten always.
Visibility often good, but varies seasonally; currents can be moderate to strong. Generally suited to intermediate to advanced divers, because of the depth and currents.
