Description

The Arch is one of Zakynthos’ most impressive dive sites, named after its extraordinarily large underwater arch that creates a breathtaking underwater scene. With excellent visibility, rich marine life, and striking rock formations, this site is a favorite among divers at Eurodivers Zante. The shallow area, also used as a mooring and descent spot, reaches just 7 meters, making it ideal for courses and relaxed dives. Open Water divers can enjoy swimming through the dramatic arch and continue into a swim-through cavern filled with natural light, creating a magical atmosphere. Exiting the cavern reveals the arch cathedral again from a different perspective. Advanced divers can explore a deep cave at 30 meters, with walls covered in shrimps, starfish, and soft corals, then follow a dramatic reef wall with a 60-meter drop-off, before returning through the swim-through cavern to the arch cathedral.
