This lake offers a shallow, firm entry point. As it was formerly a gravel pit, the entire entry area is covered with gravel, providing secure footing. Two training platforms (5 and 9 meters) are sunk in the lake, ideal for practice. A walkway at the surface allows divers to watch others descend or even practice the "jump entry" directly from there. With a depth of 42 meters, the lake is also suitable for deep dives. Since several "points of interest" are submerged in the lake, there's something to explore at almost every depth. The parking area for the lake is gated. An access code can be purchased online. This fee covers the upkeep of the area, including lawn mowing, bush trimming, and emptying of trash cans. Several barbecue areas have also been set up. There is a restroom and a small shop on site where you can also get your dive tanks filled. Unfortunately, the shop is not always open.
