An Eagle Scout and competitive saber fencer, Cooper brings focus and patience to his research on engineering scalable holding devices for Pismo clam restoration along California’s coast. Having traveled to over 30 countries on scientific and adventure expeditions, he sees the ocean as a shared responsibility.
