When to dive in Lakshadweep

The best time to dive in the Lakshadweep Islands is between October and May. During these months, you’ll experience calm seas, excellent visibility, and water temperatures ranging from 27°C to 30°C, perfect for diving. This period also offers the best marine life encounters, including manta rays, reef sharks, and turtles. The monsoon season from June to September brings rough seas and lower visibility, making diving conditions challenging. For the most enjoyable and safe diving experience, plan your trip during the dry season, when you can explore the region’s vibrant coral reefs and rich biodiversity.
