Important Updates to the PADI Privacy Policy
At PADI, we value your data privacy, personal information and data security. In that spirit, here is an overview of our updated privacy policy to help comply with new data regulations like the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
While you can read the entire privacy policy, here are some of the changes:
- Improved Detail - We’re providing more details about the information we collect, how we use that information as well as the control you have over your information.
- GDPR - On 25 May 2018, a new data protection law in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), will take effect. This provides EU individuals more control over their data and more requirements for businesses that process that information. The updated Privacy Policy addresses these new requirements.
- Clear Language – We’ve made sure to insert clear, plain language so that the privacy policy is easier to understand.
