Based in the heart of St Abbs Harbour, Subtidal Diving is part of the St Abbs Marine Station, a leading marine research centre on Scotland’s stunning Berwickshire coast. We offer a full range of PADI dive courses – from your very first dive experience as Open Water Diver to Divemaster certification – as well as scientific diving training led by our HSE-qualified commercial and accredited scientific divers.
With direct access to some of the UK’s most spectacular underwater scenery, we combine world-class marine research with hands-on diving education. Visitors can also explore our public aquarium, discover local marine life up close, and hire top-quality diving equipment for their next underwater adventure.
