We’re a proud PADI 5 Star Dive Centre, offering the full range of PADI courses from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver all the way through to Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, and a wide selection of specialty courses including Enriched Air (Nitrox), Dry Suit, Wreck, Night, and many more. Every course is delivered with the Essex Scuba personal touch — small groups, supportive instructors, and a relaxed, fun atmosphere where every student gets the attention they deserve.

But we’re more than just a training centre — we’re a one-stop hub for all your diving needs.
Our on-site cylinder filling station provides Air, Nitrox, and Trimix refills, and our fully equipped workshop handles everything from regulator servicing, cylinder testing, and rebreather maintenance to dive computer and watch battery replacements. We take pride in ensuring every piece of your kit is safe, serviced, and ready for your next dive.
