PADI 5 Star Dive Resort
Nestled in the breathtaking coastal town of Marmaris — where the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea merge seamlessly with the warm Mediterranean — Paradise Diving Center has been welcoming divers from around the world since 1995. As a proud PADI 5-Star Dive Center, we have spent over three decades doing one thing exceptionally well: connecting people with the extraordinary underwater world that lies just beneath the surface of one of Turkey's most spectacular coastlines.
Whether you are stepping into the ocean for the very first time or logging your hundredth dive, Paradise Diving Center offers the expertise, the equipment, and the environment to make every descent truly unforgettable.
Paradise Diving Center was founded in 1995 with a simple but powerful vision — to share the magic of the underwater world with as many people as possible, without ever compromising on safety or quality. What began as a modest operation at Marmaris Marina has grown into one of the most respected and experienced dive centers in the Turkish Aegean.
Over the past three decades, our team has certified thousands of divers, trained hundreds of professional instructors, and guided countless underwater explorations across Marmaris's fifty-plus dive sites. Our instructors have worked not only in Turkey but across international waters, bringing global expertise back to the crystal-clear bays that we call home.
We are not just a dive center. We are a community built on a shared love for the sea.
Earning and maintaining PADI 5-Star Dive Center status is no small achievement. It represents a commitment to the highest international standards across every aspect of our operation — from instructor qualifications and equipment maintenance to dive site selection and environmental responsibility.
When you dive with Paradise Diving Center, you benefit from:
The PADI 5-Star rating is your assurance that every detail — from your first breath underwater to your final surface interval — has been planned and managed by professionals who take their responsibility seriously.
Marmaris is one of Turkey's premier diving destinations, and for good reason. Sheltered by a dramatic coastline of pine-forested mountains, the region offers an extraordinary variety of dive sites suitable for every level of experience. With over 50 different dive locations accessible from our daily boat trips departing Marmaris Marina, the underwater world here never gets repetitive.
Located at the farthest reaches of Marmaris's coastline near Kadırga Lighthouse, this is one of the most legendary dive sites in the region. Descending from the surface to depths of 38–40 metres, divers encounter a stunning reef system that transitions into a remarkable piece of history: an ancient Hellenistic shipwreck resting at 15 metres, its cargo of hundreds of amphoras still clinging to the rocky seabed exactly where they fell more than two thousand years ago. This is a site that appeals equally to experienced technical divers seeking depth and history, and to intermediate divers who simply want to witness something extraordinary.
Situated between Kızılkum and the Adaköy lighthouse on the famous Heaven Island, this accessible wreck sits at a depth of just 18 metres, making it ideal for divers of all experience levels. The wreck has been beautifully colonised by marine life over the years, creating a vivid artificial reef teeming with sea bream, grouper, octopus, and moray eels.
Perhaps Marmaris's most iconic dive site, Baca Mağarası (Chimney Cave) is a must-visit for underwater photographers and experienced divers. Accessible from depths of 5 metres all the way down to 50 metres, the cave's dramatic chimney-like structure channels natural light into the interior in spectacular fashion, creating extraordinary plays of light and shadow. Large moray eels and sinagrit (dentex) are almost guaranteed sightings on every visit.
For history enthusiasts and deep divers, this site offers a genuinely rare experience. At 42 metres depth lie a series of mine carts dating back to World War One, placed here by French forces as a defence against German submarines. Recovered locally by Marmaris fishermen and sponge divers, their story — documented by Turkish writer Sunay Akın — is as fascinating as the dive itself.
Our daily boat trips also visit a rotating selection of Marmaris's most spectacular reef dives, wall dives, and training sites. From the vivid coral formations of Abdi Reis Koyu (known locally as the Aquarium) to the deep-water thrills of İnce Burun, there is always a new perspective waiting beneath the surface.
