Pemba Dive Center

We are based in Makangale Village on Pemba Island, Tanzania. We offer scuba diving, snorkeling, and related marine experiences in the pristine waters around the island. Diving in Pemba serves as a gateway for exploring the rich underwater world of Pemba, known for vibrant coral reefs, dramatic drop-offs, and abundant marine life such as turtles, rays, and tropical fish. We run daily dive trips, night and drift dives, and professional PADI training courses for all levels—from introductory dives to advanced certifications—while also providing snorkelling trips, kayak tours, equipment rental, and tailored dive packages with small group attention and experienced guides. All our staff is professionally trained to ensure safety and proper diving procedures for the divers. We are located within Pemba Paradise Resort, which gives you quick access to a bar and restaurant.
