Xico Dive Center

Located in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, Xico Dive Center is an official PADI 5 Star Dive Center (PADI Center S29477) offering scuba diving, PADI training and unforgettable underwater experiences throughout Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya.

We specialize in small-group diving with a professional local team, modern rental equipment and personal service. From our dive center close to the beach and local boat pickup, divers can explore the colorful reefs of Playa del Carmen, the famous cenotes of the Riviera Maya, Cozumel’s spectacular walls and seasonal bull shark diving.

For certified divers, we offer 2-tank reef dives in Playa del Carmen, cenote diving, direct Cozumel dive trips, night diving, wreck diving and DPV scooter diving. We also offer multi-day dive packages for travelers who want to experience several of the region’s best dive environments during one vacation.

New divers can begin with PADI Discover Scuba Diving or earn their first certification with the PADI Open Water Diver course. Certified divers can continue their education with PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver, ReActivate, Enriched Air Nitrox and a growing selection of PADI specialty courses.

For divers who want to take the next professional step, Xico also offers PADI Divemaster training and Divemaster internship programs in Playa del Carmen.

Families and younger divers are welcome too, with PADI programs including Bubblemaker, Seal Team and Junior Open Water training, depending on age and experience.

Beyond scuba diving, Xico offers selected ocean activities including snorkeling in Playa del Carmen and seasonal marine experiences.
