Every dive at Oceano Adventure is personally led or supervised by Sebastián Briones, commercial diver, PADI Instructor and founder of the first dive center established in Sayulita.

With more than 30 years of professional diving experience, Sebastián has dedicated his life to exploring the Pacific Ocean, training divers and leading thousands of underwater adventures. Today, he continues to personally guide every trip, teach PADI courses and share the same passion that inspired him to create Oceano Adventure more than a decade ago.

Oceano Adventure is a PADI Dive Resort specializing in small-group scuba diving, PADI certification courses and snorkeling experiences throughout Bahía de Banderas. We explore the region's most iconic dive sites, including the Marietas Islands National Park, Los Arcos Marine Park, El Morro and seasonal offshore pinnacles, always focusing on safety, comfort and personal attention.

Our philosophy is simple: nobody gets left behind. We believe every diver deserves time, patience and individual guidance. Whether you're discovering scuba for the first time, earning your Open Water certification or exploring advanced dive sites, you'll never feel like just another customer.

Our PADI programs include Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Divemaster training. Our goal is not simply to issue certifications, but to develop confident, responsible divers who truly enjoy the underwater world.

Respect for the ocean is part of everything we do. We operate responsibly inside protected marine areas and share encounters with sea turtles, tropical fish, giant manta rays, dolphins, humpback whales (seasonal) and the extraordinary biodiversity of Mexico's Pacific coast.
