Minimum Number of Participants

Most of our tours require a minimum of 2 participants to operate.

Solo travelers are always welcome! If you're traveling alone, please contact us before making your payment. We'll do our best to arrange a tour for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can beginners join?
Absolutely!  We welcome first-time divers and provide friendly, step-by-step guidance so you can enjoy the experience at your own pace.

I can't swim very well. Is that okay?
For Discover Scuba Diving, you don't need to be a strong swimmer. Our instructors will guide you closely throughout the experience. Please let us know about any concerns in advance.

Do you support English?
Yes!  We regularly welcome international guests and provide English support before and during your diving experience.

I'm traveling alone. Can I join?
Of course! Solo travelers are welcome. Please contact us before booking so we can check tour availability.

Is it possible to join as a day trip from Tokyo?
Yes!  Most of our diving experiences are easy day trips from Tokyo. Our shop is just a 30-second walk from the South Exit of JR Hiratsuka Station.

What should I bring?
We'll send you a detailed packing list before your tour. For most experiences, swimwear, a towel, and comfortable clothes are all you need.

I've never used a drysuit before. Is that okay?
No problem!  Drysuits are commonly used during the cooler months. Our instructors will explain how to use one and help you feel comfortable before entering the water.
