Academy of Scuba is a passionate, community-driven PADI Dive Center dedicated to creating safe, fun, and unforgettable underwater experiences. As the only dive center based on Western Port Bay, we are uniquely positioned to connect divers with the spectacular local marine environment, from leafy seadragon habitats at Flinders to the vibrant piers and reefs across Port Phillip Bay.

Our team of experienced PADI Professionals delivers the full range of courses - from beginner Discover Scuba Diving experiences and Open Water Diver certifications, through to Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, and specialty programs. We also offer PADI ReActivate refresher training, youth programs, and unique conservation-focused courses, helping divers build both skills and environmental awareness.

At our Hastings HQ, divers can access on-site gear servicing, hydrostatic testing, air fills, and a growing retail showroom of leading scuba and spearfishing equipment. We also run an active dive club and travel program, giving our community the chance to explore new dive sites locally and abroad.
