Kyle Mulinder

Kyle Mulinder is a New Zealand–based adventure storyteller who spent two decades working on the ocean as a sea kayak guide, exploring coastlines around the world. In 2023 GoPro sent Kyle to Fiji to complete his PADI Open Water certification, which sparked a full-blown addiction to the underwater world. Kyle is part of the GoPro Guru Team, working across training, production, and product testing as an official GoPro trainer and content creator. He is also a volunteer Senior Marine Mammal Medic with Project Jonah, supporting whale and dolphin rescue efforts around Aotearoa. Through his BareKiwi platform, Kyle uses powerful visual storytelling to connect people to the ocean and inspire a genuine passion for exploring and protecting life beneath the surface.
