Rainbow Divers 是越南歷史最悠久的 PADI 潛水中心。其所有者兼創始人、PADI 課程總監 Jeremy Stein 於 1997 年在越南率先開設了 PADI 潛水中心。目前，他們擁有 5 個中心，以及唯一 PADI CDC + IDC 潛水中心。提供每日潛水船服務以及從潛水長（DSD）到潛水長+教練（Divemaster + Instructor）的所有 PADI 課程。此外，還提供 3-6 個月的 DM + IDC 實習機會。

To become a PADI Master Scuba Diver you need to have completed the PADI Advanced + Rescue Courses, be certified in 5 PADI Specialties and have at least 50 logged dives.
