It’s a natural partnership: Olympus, the market leader in the digital underwater photography and PADI Europe.
Anybody who buys an Olympus underwater camera, will soon find the PADI logo on the packaging– which can be found on about 430,000 products all over Europe. In addition, we are mentioned in the FAQ booklet (frequently asked questions) and online.
Those who buy the camera will be given the information about the Digital Underwater Photographer Course and the training materials. We further provide them with a “2 for 1” Discover Scuba Diving offer at affiliated Dive Centers. Information about this offer can be found here. What’s more, around 15,000 camera housings in Europe include a multilingual PADI voucher. By presenting the voucher the prospective customer can buy the Digital Underwater Manual at 25% less than at PADI’s recommended retail price of 29,00 EUR.

Mares has recently been including the PADI snorkelling DVD with their snorkelling products all over Europe. The DVD also includes a “2 for 1” Discover Scuba Diving offer. Latterly, Mares has been selling their snorkelling products with PADI snorkelling DVD included – all over Europe. The DVD in turn includes a “2for1” Discover Scuba Diving offer. Prospective customers just have to register online, download the voucher and redeem it at one of the promotion’s affiliated Dive Centers and Resorts. Snorkelers are therefore introduced in an easy and convenient way to their first diving experience and will perhaps join the PADI diving community before long.
