Do you need your certification card by the weekend?
Priority processing and overnight mail service is available. You will need to order your card online and contact the PADI Customer Service Department before 9:30AM (PST) the next business day by calling 800 729 7234 (US and Canada), +1 949 858 7234, ext. 2430.
Please note that overnight delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.
Need to upgrade your PADI Junior Diver certification?
You can order a new card online as long as you meet the minimum age requirement of 15-years or older, which means you’ll no longer have age-related restrictions while scuba diving. When you choose your junior certification to be replaced, the system will automatically produce the upgraded card should you meet the minimum age requirement. Waiting for your certification card to arrive?
You can typically expect your certification card to arrive just a couple of weeks from the time your dive center or resort submits the paperwork.
