Submersible C-Cards $35 US
Never leave home without your certification card again! Order a submersible certification card and attach it to your BCD and you’ll always have your certification information when you go diving. Plus, it’ll help you identify your equipment even easier. (Availability varies) Please allow two to three weeks for processing plus mail delivery time.

Do you need your certification card by the weekend?
Priority processing and overnight mail service is available. You will need to order your card online and contact the PADI Customer Service Department before 9:30AM (PST) the next business day by calling 800 729 7234 (US and Canada),

Please note that overnight delivery is not available on weekends or holidays.

If you have difficulty downloading or printing the replacement card form (PDF), contact your local PADI Dive Shop or Resort to help you replace your card.

Waiting for your certification card to arrive?
You can typically expect your certification card to arrive just a couple of weeks from the time your dive center or resort submits the paperwork. If you have an EANx certification and are replacing an Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, or Master Scuba Diver certification, we will automatically include a reference on the card regarding your EANx certification.
