TecRec Courses
Technical Rebreather Courses
Tec 40 CCR Diver, Tec 60 CCR Diver and 100 CCR Diver courses are available now. As the entry point for technical CCR diving, the Tec 40 CCR Diver course recognizes that more and more divers go straight from recreational open-circuit diving to closed-circuit tec diving, and trains them accordingly. Divers learn the principals of technical diving and CCR dive techniques so no technical diving experience is necessary. The Tec 60 and 100 CCR courses will build upon the skills learned in Tec 40 CCR.
Technical Sidemount Courses Learn a new and different way to configure your tanks with the Technical Sidemount Diver course. Sidemount diving offers an alternative way to streamline in the water, easier equipment transportation when topside (instead of hauling double tank configurations), reduced lower back strain and a redundant gas supply. Continually check the PADI TecRec blog to stay up to date on the status of the new PADI TecRec courses coming soon.
