Recognition of Excellence Program

Give your positive feedback to PADIThe Recognition of Excellence Program acknowledges PADI Professionals for providing customers and students with high quality services. When you take the time to send in notes, letters, emails, etc., to PADI explaining your appreciation for a PADI Members’ efforts, the Quality Management Program passes these compliments on to the member.  

If you want to tell PADI about your positive experience, please do so by sending your account to PADI in writing. You can also tell PADI about your positive experience by completing the comments section of your Course Evaluation Questionnaire, which you received after completing your course.

If you did not receive a Course Evaluation Questionnaire, and would like to send PADI your comments, or if you would like to speak with someone before submitting your letter, please contact PADI 

Because of the large number of complimentary letters submitted by satisfied divers and consumers, PADI can only recognize a small number of these acknowledgments publicly in the “Exceeding Expectations” column in PADI Member Quality Recognition. All PADI Members receiving accolades from their students and consumers may receive letters or certificates recognizing their performance.
