RHQ PRODUCTION PLANNER
The RHQ Production Planner provides excellent customer service to PADI Regional Headquarters by ensuring timely product delivery. In this early career role, they will also provide requisitions using MRP for purchasing to buy product, manage inventory, provide sales forecasts, schedules for in-house, vendor assembly and maintain inventory levels worldwide without over buying and avoiding back-ordered situations. It is the Production Planner’s responsibility to support the cycle count program, assist management with ensuring product availability, manage the quality of the product being produced by providing accurate samples to assembly vendors, and to provide solutions for improving the inventory and planning process for PADI Americas, Local Area Offices and Subsidiaries. LINE PRODUCER (MEDIA)
The Line Producer produces and coordinates media production with respect to budgeting, scheduling, talent selection, filming, editing, voice over and audio enhancements, booking travel, arranging permits and securing props (preproduction). They function in image production as part of primary or second unit and oversees the editing and post production of motion imaging. DIRECTOR, SALES & FIELD SERVICES
The Director of the Sales and Field Services department is responsible for achieving the sales goals of PADI Americas. This includes sales to Dive Centers, Resorts, individual members, and sales via electronic commerce. It is the Director’s responsibility to lead the Regional Manager Team and Inside Sales Team toward the goal of steady and effective growth of income from the sale of products and programs for PADI. This growth is primarily achieved through growth in entry level and continued education certifications completed by the membership and increasing sales dollars per certification. Coordinates and utilizes the appropriate company resources to develop solutions that make members more profitable and insures future growth for PADI Members and PADI Americas overall.
