Manager, Planning & Project Management
The Manager, Planning & Project Management will lead and manage PADI’s Planning and Project Management Office (PPMO) by directing the project management process from concept exploration and identification, through the planning, design, execution and closure process. They will establish, lead, and oversee cross functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project move forward in an efficient manner, are thoroughly communicated, and meet corporate quality and delivery expectations as well as manage the company’s annual project/production schedule while working closely with key departments to communicate the annual plan, monthly status updates, unforeseen changes, and answer any questions related to project specs, functionality and schedule. They will work with project teams and key personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the end product will look, function, and fit into the PADI business model, and be able to comfortably represent the project during all management meetings. The Materials Handler assists in the receiving, inventory, traffic, returns, assembly, and shipping responsibilities and follows all distribution procedures to process all orders and responds to internal customer service. This includes affixing proper labeling, verifying product weight, and correctly consolidating product in locations, and accurately updating inventory system. Additionally the Materials Handler will assist with cycle counts, filling internal orders, processing returned merchandise, assisting with product assembly, pulling and packing shipments as well as other related duties.
