The Sales Consultant will work closely with the Regional Manager and will conduct Sales Consultation to profile potential new customers, determine customer business needs, design business development action plans and follow up on the delivery of products and services. They will work in conjunction with other PADI staff to address the concerns and needs of PADI members. Credit and Collections Coordinator
The Credit &Collections Coordinator plays an integral role in the PADI Americas Accounting Department and is responsible for processing accounts receivable and assists with collections. In this role they will process and apply payments on account, adjust invoices as needed, perform invoicing, provide receipts and collect aged accounts. Additionally the Credit& Collections Coordinator posts wire payments, processes applications, prepares inter-company billings and performs other tasks as assigned. Executive Assistant to the President & CEO
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters concerning the office of the President & CEO. They will also serve as liaison to the senior executive team and will organize and coordinate both internal executive outreach and external relations, as well as oversee a variety of special projects. The Media Specialist will be responsible for PADI cross-channel communications including traditional and digital media. In this role they will contribute to the editorial production of publications, public relations materials and marketing collateral, including edit planning, copy writing and review as well as develop strategies and campaigns for consumer social media sites and blog. The Media Specialist oversees the corporate website including content development, search engine optimization, user interface and experience and cross-platform compatibility. And will analyze user data, provide monthly analysis and usage reports and make recommendations regarding enhancements to preserve and improve the design,functionality and usability of corporate websites.
