Instructional Designer
The PADI Instructional Designer designs and develops instructional material for all PADI Worldwide companies. They will identify the skill requirements, knowledge measurements, learning environment, method of delivery, and approaches necessary to successfully meet scope goals and learning objectives on all assignments. Conduct the necessary research and analysis, leveraging instructional theory and best practices from the field to define curriculum and scopes for all appropriate projects.

Training Consultant
Consultants serve as direct contacts to the PADI membership for training, quality management and risk management issues. They assist members in the interpretation of PADI Standards and procedures and are the front line people to assist the membership in understanding PADI and EFR training programs, standards and philosophy; thereby establishing these programs appropriately in the field. Consultants also carry out quality management and risk management duties by handling quality management investigations, incident reporting and claims management. Consultants maintain revisions files and participate in program/materials review and development as it pertains to training and risk management.

Senior Receivables Specialist/General Accounting Analyst
The Senior Receivables Specialist/General Accounting Analyst is responsible for notifying and locating customers with delinquent accounts and attempting to secure payment. Their duties will include daily processing of orders including Paypal and credit card payment, keeping wire postings current, reviewing sales order hold and taking appropriate actions and monitoring past-due accounts. They will also review and reconcile regional account and assist with month-end GL close and month-end balance sheet reconciliations and process all RMAs.

ScubaEarth Community Manager
The ScubaEarth Community Manager is PADI’s online voice and connects with consumers, divers and dive professionals to offer friendly advice and customer solutions via PADI’s online community, ScubaEarth, and other social media channels as appropriate. This person will serve as the initial point of contact ensuring an active and engaged community that positively reflect PADI’s brand. The ScubaEarth Community Manager is responsible for building trusting relationships with online users and representing the needs of these users internally at PADI. Based on user feedback and behavior, this person will also guide the development of new features for ScubaEarth. PADI’s ScubaEarth Community Manager is also responsible for meeting or exceeding ScubaEarth’s financial projections and helping to refine the business model as the community evolves.

Manager, Product & Project Management
The Manager leads and manages PADI’s Product and Project Management Office (PPMO). Primary responsibilities include:
• Directing the product development process from concept exploration and design through production and eventual obsolescence
• Establishing and managing cross functional teams, and overseeing project drivers as well as the analysis, planning, design, implementation and delivery of projects.
• Supporting corporate planning processes and translating strategic direction into actionable projects and efforts.
• Overseeing the product management function to ensure product updates and revisions are aligned with supply chain management production schedules
• Supervising the centralized translations process to support PADI’s international business model
• Managing the corporate master project schedule and to ensure project alignment and prioritization with the company's corporate strategic direction
• Coordinating the activities of the various Planning and Development functions to ensure effective and efficient utilization of department resources

Regional Manager
The Regional Manager acts as business advisor to PADI members in their assigned region. They are responsible for meeting or exceeding the prescribed sales goals in that region by diagnosing problems, evaluating and working in partnership with members to implement solutions that provide a high level of value to their customers and sets PADI apart from its competitors. The Regional Manager also must demonstrate a thorough understanding of their customer’s business as well as their customer’s customer; i.e. divers and non-divers.
