The Fully Equipped Temperate Water Diver

Plan on diving in fairly cool water (temperatures between 15˚C/60˚F to 27˚C/81˚F)? This is a fairly wide temperature range, but this is how a fully equipped temperate diver looks when diving at the lower end of the range.
