Adventure Film Festival 2008 amateur film-makers competition
Are you a budding film-maker?
Have you made an adventure film?
Do you want to see your film on the big screen, earn yourself a share of the box
office receipts and provide some funding for Project AWARE?
If the answer the above 3 questions is 'yes' then read on…
To celebrate International Year of the Reef, PADI International Ltd have teamed
up with the Adventure Film Festival to offer underwater film-makers the chance to
have their films shown on the big screen around the UK and raise money for Project
AWARE. Your film needs to be adventure based with a minimum time run of two minutes.
To take part follow these simple instructions:
- Send a copy of your film on DVD, along with a brief (100 word) synopsis, your name
and contact details to: Jim Odoire, Adventure Film Festival, Black Diamond, Bedford
Chambers, Covent Garden Piazza, London, WC2E 8HA. DVD must arrive before the
end of June 2008. Please note that we are unable to return your DVD.
- The Adventure Film Festival film selection committee will view all entries and the
film that is deemed to be the best will be screened as part of the 2008 Adventure
Film Festival during September 2008.
- You will receive 20% pro-rata of the box office receipts for the night of your show
and Adventure Film Festival will donate a further 10% to Project AWARE.
