Back in July 2012, we read about PADI Diving Society member and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor Maj. Joshua Vance who was on a quest to find a WWII wreck. When we last left Maj. Vance, he had found the radioman, Harrison “Dub” Miller, who was flying the plane that went down in the Kwajalein Atoll (Marshall Islands) 31 January 1944. After a lot of hard work Maj. Vance helped Mr. Miller obtain his commendations and he was recently presented with an Air Medal for his service. Read more from the Tampa Bay Times.
