I also dived with other dive shops from Playa del Carmen, also with Bull Sharks, and feeding them and not. Their security is less than a half than Phantom has. They don´t use iron suits, they stay on the centre of the tourist group feeding the sharks, the tourist staying around without any supervision cause the feeder is very busy trying not to be bitten.

Their prices are quite cheaper; but, of course, they don´t use the money they win on Shark Dives as Phantom does; protecting the Bull Shark, fighting against the fishermen and trying to change the Mexican laws with their non-lucrative, non-government organization.

The dive shops who makes non feeding dives are hypocrite, because they dive on the same place where the Bull Sharks are fed. They said “oh, no, we don´t want to feed them, it´s an error feed them, we only go to see them” but they do on the same place where they are fed, so they are using the same strategy, but lying the tourists who arrives to their shops.

Therefore, I will always dive with Phantom Divers, they are doing the right things on the right way. There is a lot of people in Playa del Carmen, who has, maybe envy of them, I don´t know. But they don´t have the courage and determination Phantom Divers has.
